Full disclosure: we’ve been producing videos about nutritional issues for some time. When UNICEF approached us about this one for a meeting at the United Nations, we wanted to try something different. Why haven’t we taken care of more of these basic issues at this point? The solutions are there. It’s probably because nutritional issues don’t generally make the headlines. We were frustrated and decided to express this in the video. To their credit, UNICEF dug the concept. At times, everyone doing this sort of work has to shake his or her head. Shouldn’t at least half of us have worked our way out of our jobs by now?
